Python Agent Developer

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of our autonomous penetration testing tool to enhance cybersecurity. Design and implement comprehensive agentic workflows for end-to-end application penetration testing. Analyze benchmarks and refine testing logic for optimal performance. Support penetration testing teams in utilizing the developed tool effectively. Essential QualificationsA university degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Over 3 years of experience writing Python 3 applications. Familiarity with at least one agentic framework (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) or similar orchestration patterns. In-depth understanding of crucial agentic components such as memory management, prompting, tool design, RAG fundamentals, multi-agent orchestration, and prompt injection defenses. Proficient in evaluating agents using benchmarks and success metrics. Desirable KnowledgeExperience in offensive security, including knowledge of common vulnerabilities and web/mobile application testing. Proficiency with tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nuclei, sqlmap, and nmap.
