Join our Quality Department as a Quality Apprentice Master! Under the guidance of the Quality Manager and adhering to food safety regulations, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in operational quality missions within the Quality Department
- Managing the food safety management system in accordance with the FSSC 22000 standard:
- Updating the HACCP plan (flow diagrams / monitoring CCP-PRPO / hazard analysis …)
- Ensuring traceability and compliance
- Conducting internal audits
- Facilitating the quality management system ISO 9001:
- Document management
- Assisting in updating the QMS
- Providing quality support to teams
- Analyzing, implementing, and executing corrective actions based on daily quality control results
