Position Overview:
We are in search of a meticulous and analytical Quality Assurance Analyst to bolster our compliance team. In this pivotal role, you will utilize AI-driven monitoring tools to ensure our revenue-based financing operations comply with all relevant federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, refining, and reviewing customer communications through phone calls, text messages, and emails to pinpoint compliance risks, coaching opportunities, and regulatory infractions.

JOB PURPOSE:
Your role will involve monitoring, tracking, documenting, and analyzing the quality of work conducted by agents within the operations department, ensuring their development through feedback and coaching processes. You will guarantee adherence to internal and regulatory compliance guidelines across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY RESULTS:
The QA Analyst will be integrated into the QA & Compliance Department, reporting directly to the QA & Compliance Supervisor. This support role is crucial in ensuring that every agent is performing efficiently and in compliance with the established standards.
