About the job

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Jacuzzi Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards and industry benchmarks prior to delivery to our customers. Your expertise will enhance customer satisfaction, uphold our company’s esteemed reputation, and mitigate the risks of product defects or failures.

  1. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive product inspection and testing processes to ensure compliance with specifications and deliverables.
  2. Support operational teams by meticulously tracking, documenting, and reporting on quality levels alongside CSR, environmental, and health and safety KPIs.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into reported product quality issues, ensuring effective resolutions comply with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  4. Revise and enhance procedures for the effective capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints.
  5. Oversee risk management procedures, maintain detailed logs of issues, and communicate findings to management and product development teams.
  6. Provide training and support to quality assurance team members on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
  7. Document quality assurance activities and compile audit reports, while making actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Create training materials and operational manuals to support best practices within the team.
