Key Responsibilities:Execute dispense hygiene procedures according to a scheduled journey plan. Respond to and resolve customer emergency call-outs promptly. Effectively manage and control equipment stock within your designated district. Maintain precise records of client assets in trade. Conduct stock and equipment reporting in outlets. Monitor and report on product quality. Oversee product age reporting and tagging returns. Foster and maintain robust customer relationships. Assist in outlet refurbishments and system upgrades as necessary. Execute equipment re-sites as required. Install and withdraw dispense equipment, including both permanent and temporary systems. Deliver and position POS materials and perform basic merchandising when needed. Ensure all tasks are performed to company standards and within agreed SLAs. Represent CPM and our clients in a professional, efficient, and effective manner at all times. Adhere to all industry health and safety standards. Proactively propose new ideas and improved workflows. Consistently aim for the highest standards of performance. Perform any other duties as reasonably instructed by your line manager. Experience & Skills Required:Valid, clean driving license (essential). A minimum of 1 year of experience in a field-based technical, quality, or service role. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships. Professional approach to customer and client management. Knowledge of dispense systems and equipment (desirable). Experience in technical fault finding (desirable). Target-driven with a proven record of achieving KPIs. Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities. Strong commercial awareness. Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Previous electrical or plumbing experience (desirable).
