About the Team and Position
We are looking for a Real Estate Associate to join our rapidly expanding team. This role involves conducting market analysis, site selection, and property development to support our growth objectives. Ideal candidates will have experience in industrial real estate research, managing transactions, and understanding zoning regulations. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Most importantly, as a Real Estate Associate, your contributions will have an immediate, visible impact in our unique and innovative company.
This position is in-person, Monday to Friday, at our corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Managing inventory in assigned markets with a high degree of autonomy.
- Researching, drafting, and negotiating Letters of Intent for leases or sales.
- Assessing and supporting decision-making for projects and negotiating terms to finalize plans and transactions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with a nationwide network of commercial brokers, landlords, government officials, and regional employees.
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of work that is easily accessible to senior management and executive leadership.
- Conducting site selection and market analysis, including demographic reports.
