Role overview
This is the first Recruiting Operations Specialist position at Profound. The person in this role will design and build systems, processes, and data infrastructure to support efficient hiring. Their work will help recruiters, streamline workflows, and keep hiring managers ready for each stage of the process. As Profound grows, this specialist will play a key part in scaling the recruiting function.
What you will do
- Take ownership of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by managing pipeline configurations, automations, and integrations. Serve as the main resource for troubleshooting and improvements.
- Audit hiring processes across departments to identify bottlenecks and points where candidates drop off. Recommend and implement workflow improvements.
- Build and maintain a recruitment metrics dashboard that tracks key indicators such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, and offer acceptance rates.
- Develop and deliver training programs for hiring managers, including structured templates and guides to support their decision-making.
- Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the recruiting process to clarify response times and feedback expectations, ensuring accountability.
- Create documentation and playbooks for recruiting at scale, covering each step from role kickoff to offer acceptance.
- Oversee the recruiting technology stack, including scheduling tools, sourcing platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter, to ensure resources are used effectively.
- Collaborate with Finance and People Operations on headcount planning and requisition tracking to keep hiring on schedule.
