The role of Regional Operations Lead (internally referred to as Project Manager, Sales Operations) is a pivotal position that functions as a key support to the Regional Vice President. You will amplify efforts to enhance execution, foster alignment, and instill accountability throughout the region. Your ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans will be crucial in ensuring that initiatives are effectively carried out on the ground. You will collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Agent Experience (AE) teams, and Marketing Advisors (MA) to ensure that regional priorities are executed consistently and yield measurable results.
