QualificationsRequired:5+ years of experience in telecom channel or partner sales. Proven track record in developing and managing regional partner ecosystems. Strong understanding of telecom products including SIP Trunking, Hosted PBX, SD-WAN, MPLS, and Internet Access. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Preferred:Experience with AireSpring or similar carrier programs. Familiarity with CLEC/ILEC distribution models. Expertise in cloud and advanced connectivity solutions.

AireSpring is on the lookout for a dynamic Regional Partner Development Manager to enhance and expand our channel partner ecosystem across the Central, West, and East regions. This pivotal role is focused on the recruitment, training, and support of agents, resellers, and integrators to drive sales of our cutting-edge telecom and cloud solutions.

As the primary liaison for partners in your region, you will be instrumental in developing collaborative go-to-market strategies, facilitating sales execution, and ensuring partner success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Recruitment & Enablement
    Identify, onboard, and train new partners within your region.
  • Sales Growth Through Partners
    Drive revenue by supporting partners in identifying and closing opportunities.
  • Regional Strategy Development
    Create and execute joint business plans tailored to regional market dynamics.
  • Product Education
    Conduct training sessions on AireSpring’s offerings including SIP Trunking, Hosted PBX, SD-WAN, MPLS, and Internet Access.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management
    Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and adapt strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews
    Conduct reviews with partners to ensure alignment and growth.

Regional Focus

  • Central Region: Includes major metro hubs such as Chicago, Dallas, and Minneapolis.
  • West Region: Encompasses tech-driven markets like California, Seattle, and Denver.
  • East Region: Covers financial and healthcare verticals in New York, Boston, and Atlanta.
