Role Overview

The Regional Sales Director for Digital AI Natives is tasked with spearheading, scaling, and executing the revenue strategy for AI Natives throughout the Western United States. This role oversees a team of 8 quota-carrying Account Executives and holds full accountability for regional revenue achievement, pipeline development, forecast precision, and the disciplined execution of Nebius’ sales strategy.

This position acts as a regional business owner, skillfully balancing frontline deal leadership with strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and talent development.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a high-performing sales leader who excels in technically intricate, high-growth environments and can ensure consistent performance across both startup and enterprise AI-native clients. The director will work closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership to guarantee cohesive regional performance.
