We are currently looking for a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to enhance our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver essential behavioral health services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
- Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to implement behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate in crafting and executing individualized care plans.
- Provide direct care through behavioral therapy modalities.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Maintain meticulous documentation and records concerning patient progress.
- Uphold compliance with HIPAA regulations.
