Key Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
- Apply behavior management strategies grounded in applied behavior analysis principles.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of personalized care plans.
- Deliver direct patient care utilizing behavioral therapy techniques.
- Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Keep precise documentation and records of patient progress.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
