We invite passionate individuals to apply for the crucial role of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In this position, you will provide essential behavioral health services to individuals with autism and other developmental challenges.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
- Apply behavior management strategies grounded in applied behavior analysis principles.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of personalized care plans.
- Deliver direct patient care utilizing behavioral therapy techniques.
- Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Keep precise documentation and records of patient progress.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
- Experience working with individuals with autism is highly valued.
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis principles.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans is a plus.
