We are on the lookout for a compassionate Behavior Technician to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
- Apply behavior management strategies grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Assist in crafting and executing individualized care plans
- Deliver direct patient care utilizing behavioral therapy techniques
- Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain thorough documentation and records of patient progress
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations
Qualifications for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred
