We are looking for a passionate Behavior Technician to be a vital part of our team. In this role, you will provide essential behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
Responsibilities of the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
- Apply behavior management techniques grounded in applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collaborate in the development and execution of individualized care plans.
- Deliver direct patient care utilizing effective behavioral therapy methods.
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Maintain precise documentation and records of patient progress.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations.
