Our innovative aircraft have already been designed, built, and flown in collaboration with actual customers and government partners, and we are now poised to scale our production capabilities.
Located in Austin, TX, and supported by premier investors such as Y Combinator, Skyways merges rapid iteration with real-world application. Our approach involves designing, testing, and operating our systems in practical environments, and directly translating those insights back into engineering and product development. As we expand, we seek talented builders and leaders eager for true ownership, technical challenges, and the chance to transition an aircraft from successful operational deployments to full-scale production.

Skyways has developed a highly automated, long-range cargo delivery aircraft that is ready for regulatory approval across diverse use cases. In this role, you will take the lead in actualizing that transition.
As the Regulatory and Certification Manager, you will define the certification strategy for innovative automated aircraft and operations, collaborating closely with senior regulators and internal technical teams. Your input will shape aircraft design, safety architecture, and operational concepts.
