Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an expert resource for families navigating senior care options in a rapidly growing industry, providing an exceptional experience aligned with our mission.
Handle inbound, pre-screened leads while working remotely from your home office, adhering to a scheduled shift.
Conduct thorough initial consultation calls with families to understand their needs.
Educate families on personalized senior care options and help them identify suitable senior living communities and home care providers.
Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing the comprehensive four-week training program.
