In this role, you will play a key part in driving business development by effectively managing client interactions and contract processes. Your primary responsibilities will include drafting and customizing contracts to meet the specific needs of our clients while ensuring compliance with internal standards. You will collaborate closely with various internal departments such as Sales, Legal, Finance, and Administration. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess excellent communication and multitasking abilities to thrive under tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop targeted client lists; manage incoming client inquiries.
  • Support the sales representatives by acting as the primary point of contact for contract drafting, negotiation, and execution.
  • Analyze account details and contract terms meticulously to assist the sales team with pricing and proposals.
  • Draft sales contracts in alignment with internal policies while considering both business and client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of executed contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy, facilitating any necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to review complex contracts and define specific terms and deliverables.
  • Maintain precise client data within CRM systems, ensuring accurate pricing and documentation throughout the sales cycle.
  • Timely resolution of internal and external client inquiries with a focus on achieving high satisfaction levels.
