In this role, you will convert qualified inbound leads, respond to incoming sales calls, and guide customers in selecting the best connectivity solutions tailored to their needs and locations. You'll explain Starlink, Wi-Fi networking, and installation options in clear terms that customers can easily grasp.
You will accurately book installations, manage customer interactions within our CRM, and follow up on warm inquiries to maximize conversions. While you'll operate independently, you'll remain aligned with the team and uphold professional communication standards.
