The Residential Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining our property standards. Reporting to the Property Manager, with direct supervision from the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform essential maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with CIM Group's operational and safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and fixing HVAC systems, addressing electrical issues, handling plumbing and carpentry tasks, and ensuring the security of locks.
