What does the Resource Manager role entail?

The Resource Manager is responsible for optimizing and enhancing our human resources by effectively planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies. As the pivotal point for all resource needs within the CXone professional services (PS) team, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders including PS Directors, Client Services Managers, Project Managers, and professional services engineers. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient scheduling and assignment of resources to bid efforts.

What impact will you make?

Fulfill operational resource requirements by efficiently scheduling and assigning personnel while monitoring work outcomes.
Maintain an up-to-date database detailing the qualifications, skill sets, and experiences of each team member.
Provide timely updates regarding resource availability.
Proactively forecast workload and take necessary steps to manage it.
Mitigate risks associated with immediate resource deployment.
Analyze and address resource requirements effectively.
Conduct regular meetings with project managers to discuss upcoming opportunities.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and clashes efficiently.
Guide and support staff in their roles through counseling and performance monitoring.
Align resources strategically based on skill sets, market demands, products, and client needs while recommending areas for team development.
Generate regular and ad hoc reports for management as needed.
Be flexible to work in the time slot of 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST to accommodate our American clients.
Enhance professional knowledge by participating in relevant educational workshops.
Advise management on educational programs that support skill development and career progression for the team.
Recommend process improvements in Resource Management practices.
Collaborate closely with project managers and lead engineers to eliminate roadblocks and enhance workflow.
