KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee the retail store team and manage day-to-day operations.

- Handle all necessary store administration effectively.
- Manage stock movements, freshness, availability, and integrity.
- Drive the store to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Act as the Store Manager's deputy, implementing company directives effectively.
- Understand customer needs and deliver 'best in class' service.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet daily business goals.
- Oversee the replenishment process to maintain stock levels.
