Role overview
The Retention & Loyalty Architect leads the entire post-purchase journey for HelloPrint customers. This position shapes how customers are welcomed, engaged, rewarded, and reactivated, focusing on building integrated experiences that go well beyond standard CRM or email marketing. With 85% of revenue coming from returning customers, there is a clear opportunity to move more users from their first to second order, strengthen loyalty programs, and offer more meaningful rewards to the most valuable users.
What you will do
- Design and oversee the full post-purchase experience, ensuring customers feel valued and engaged throughout their journey.
- Develop and implement retention and loyalty strategies for an international client base.
- Integrate AI-driven workflows and agentic tools to enhance retention initiatives and customer engagement.
- Connect strategy, data analysis, program design, copywriting, and AI orchestration into a unified approach.
- Lead efforts to improve the transition from first to second orders and expand loyalty benefits for top users.
