Join our dynamic team at cropx as a Revenue Operations Analyst! We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional who will serve as a crucial bridge between our Global Sales and Finance teams. In this role, you will take ownership of the 'Booking-to-Cash' lifecycle, ensuring that all deals recorded in our CRM (ZOHO) are accurately mirrored in our ERP (Priority) and efficiently collected. Your expertise will contribute to precise financial reporting, effective system integration, operational excellence, and the ongoing enhancement of our financial and sales procedures. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multinational setting and possess strong technological fluency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Integration: Ensure data integrity between CRM, ERP, and billing systems. Maintain a single source of truth by identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
- Weekly Booking Analysis: Compile and analyze weekly booking reports from global entities, investigating variances between CRM forecasts and ERP records.
- Collections Oversight: Facilitate weekly collections meetings and prepare detailed 'Open Collectables' reports, integrating data from ERP invoices and CRM sales orders.
- Financial Operations Projects: Lead global financial tool implementations (e.g., Stripe rollout, Avalara tax automation) in collaboration with R&D and external consultants.
- Quarterly Financial Support: Collaborate with the Finance team during month-end and quarter-end processes, focusing on revenue recognition, bad debt analysis, and aging reports.
- Process Enhancement: Innovate new reports and workflows to automate tasks and improve visibility for leadership.
- System Development: Create dashboards, reports, and automation to support revenue recognition and operational KPIs, working closely with IT, Sales, and Finance.
