We are seeking a Revenue Operations Data & Systems Analyst to enhance the analytics, insights, and operational cadence that drive our go-to-market (GTM) teams. In this pivotal role, you will manage metrics, dashboards, and analyses that inform weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting, territory and capacity decisions, and executive reporting—translating GTM data into actionable insights on investment opportunities, areas for improvement, and growth strategies.
This position collaborates closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to establish performance measurement, enhance funnel and lifecycle visibility, and support predictable growth. As a primary focus on Revenue Operations, you will oversee the operating cadence (including pipeline inspection, forecast readiness, and QBR/MBR support) and the GTM measurement framework that underpins it. Your collaboration with Salesforce Administrators and Systems partners will be essential for system configuration while you take ownership of business requirements, definitions, governance, and daily pipeline rigor that keeps our revenue engine operating smoothly.
Strengthening HSI’s revenue intelligence will be crucial, as you establish a reliable source of truth across the complete revenue lifecycle—from lead to opportunity, opportunity to close, and renewal/expansion. Beyond analytics delivery, you will enable RevOps programs by standardizing definitions (e.g., pipeline coverage, stage conversion, attainment), enhancing GTM reporting workflows, and providing the analytical support leadership needs to manage the business effectively.
This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to work from the Company’s Frisco, Texas office three days a week.
