Job Overview
We are seeking a Revisions Manager who excels at blending strategy, creativity, and execution. In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing team of developmental editors, enhancing our course content to ensure it is continuously refined and impactful.
You will be responsible for the revision roadmap, ensuring projects transition smoothly from concept to release with precision, speed, and quality. By integrating instructional design expertise, operational excellence, and innovative solutions (including AI-driven approaches), you will enhance both our content and our creation processes.
This collaborative position involves cross-departmental partnerships to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences that address real customer needs. What You Will Do
- Lead & Inspire
- Guide and mentor a team of developmental editors to produce outstanding content, on schedule and aligned with expectations.
