Introducing the Risk Manager Role
- We aim to foster a warm and trustworthy neighborhood life among local residents based on mutual trust and respect.
- The Service Operations team is responsible for defining and resolving issues that may inadvertently arise during the process of creating safe and warm connections among neighbors (such as transaction disputes, fraud, etc.), ensuring that more users can safely utilize daangn.
- The Risk Manager's role is to proactively anticipate and prepare for potential harms that users may encounter, allowing for safer use of daangn.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of the daangn Safe Payment (Escrow) and Safe Compensation services.
- Manage refund disputes and fraud policies arising from the safe payment service and second-hand transactions.
- Forecast potential issues and incorporate solutions into service policies.
- Communicate with relevant departments (external affairs, PR, legal, service team, management, etc.) to resolve operational issues.
- Manage crises through swift identification and resolution of issues upon the occurrence of risks.
We Are Looking For
- Individuals with over 3 years of experience in IT service operations.
- Experience in service policy formulation and risk management.
- Problem-solving ability and experience with issues related to service operations.
- Enjoyment in defining, planning, and executing solutions independently.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with related departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operating escrow services or responding to PG-related issues.
- Experience in external affairs for risk response.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL).
Additional Information
- For full-time positions, there is a 3-month probation period.
