About the Program
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) at ION is a premier global initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of talent for our expanding operations. This program offers exceptional recent graduates the opportunity to launch their careers in a dynamic, fast-paced FinTech environment.
Participants will engage in a comprehensive 18-month training program consisting of three diverse rotations, each lasting six months. These rotations will immerse analysts in various core capabilities of ION, equipping them with the skills and insights necessary to excel in the financial technology sector.
