Ideally, you have at least one year of experience in sales administration following a Bac+2 qualification. However, we welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience, provided that your qualities align with our team's needs. Our sales administration team seeks candidates who excel in customer relations and are comfortable on the phone. Essential skills include diligence, responsiveness, and the ability to take on responsibilities effectively. Excellent spelling, strong autonomy, and a genuine team spirit are vital attributes for success in this role. Required Skills:Proficiency in Office Suite tools and strong phone communication skills. Excel: Mastery of pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions is required.

We are currently seeking a Sales Administration Assistant (M/F) for a 7-month fixed-term contract at our Villepinte location (93).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders by tracking and validating their status, overseeing subcontracting and purchasing orders. Ensure compliance with pricing grids and consistency between quotes and customer orders.
  • Handle all incoming calls and correspondence within your area of responsibility.
  • Record and process disputes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (clients, sales representatives, technicians, assistants, cash managers) and manage invoicing (track orders and issue invoices).
  • Address ongoing matters related to client disputes and cancellations: record cancellations, respond to client inquiries, etc.
  • Oversee contractual documents, archive files, send copies of work orders and inspection reports, and check supplier and subcontractor invoices.
  • Ensure accurate customer data entry (creation and maintenance of accounts) and pricing verification.
