About the Role
We are in search of a driven and enthusiastic Sales Associate to become a vital part of our Inside Sales team. This position involves direct interaction with potential customers through both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will gather information, perform research, and respond to customer inquiries while enhancing your understanding of PrePass products and services. Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Connect with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Establish rapport with prospects, identify their needs, and effectively communicate the advantages of PrePass services.
- Address customer queries and provide precise, accurate information about our products and services.
Sales Support & Customer Research
- Collect and validate customer information to facilitate sales processes and account creation.
- Conduct research to gain insights into customer needs and provide well-informed responses.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
CRM Documentation & Reporting
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles in our CRM systems.
- Prepare standard reports concerning customer engagement and sales activity.
- Monitor and update sales progress and associated account information.
Team Collaboration & Development
- Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
- Continuously enhance product understanding and sales skills through training and feedback.
- Contribute to a cooperative team atmosphere focused on achieving shared goals.
