Key Responsibilities:The Sales Development Manager will take on the following responsibilities:1. Business Development:Identify and pursue new strategic accounts while broadening your project portfolio. Pinpoint high-value business opportunities among existing clients and potential prospects. Collaborate with Competence Center Managers and internal stakeholders on complex tender processes. Effectively present the comprehensive range of Methods’ services. Ensure client satisfaction to build long-term, profitable partnerships. Serve as a vital link between clients and internal departments, including technical management and competence centers. Stay informed on client technologies and industry trends to proactively anticipate future needs.2. Financial Management of Customer Portfolio:Drive revenue growth and expand business turnover. Optimize margin performance in your area of responsibility. Requirements:A proven track record of at least 4 years in industry, services, or IT-related roles. An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results. Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills. Aspiring and motivated to advance into leadership or management roles.
