Key Responsibilities:Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing team of Outbound BDRs. Provide coaching and mentorship to early-stage sales professionals. Collaborate with Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing leaders to ensure the success of various campaigns, while offering constructive feedback for new initiatives. Establish and nurture relationships with Sales segments to enhance collaboration and maximize the effectiveness of sales development. Foster a positive work environment that encourages enthusiasm and employee engagement. Qualifications:Ability to work from the Chicago office multiple days per week in a hybrid capacity. A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Outbound SDR teams in a SaaS environment. At least 2 years of sales experience. Proven experience in managing outbound pipeline generation processes.
