As the Sales Development Manager at Datadog, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Your leadership will directly influence one of our largest business segments by generating new prospects and boosting sales pipeline volume, while also contributing to the development of future Account Executives and leaders within our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, manage, and guide a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Onboard new team members, equipping them with the skills to identify company needs, engage strategically with prospects, and effectively address objections.
- Inspire your team to surpass targets through coaching, transparent performance tracking, and innovative incentive programs.
- Create pathways for SDRs to advance into full-cycle sales roles.
- Develop and present precise team performance forecasts to senior leadership.

- Proven experience in high-tech direct sales.
- Passionate about empowering others and facilitating their growth.
- Familiar with SaaS/Cloud technologies and Salesforce.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
