As the Sales Development Manager at Datadog, you will take charge of hiring, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This pivotal role significantly influences one of our core business lines by driving prospect generation and enhancing sales pipeline volume, while also playing a key role in nurturing future Account Executives and sales leaders within our organization.

Your Responsibilities:
- Recruit, manage, and train a dynamic team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Guide new team members through their onboarding process, focusing on assessing company needs, strategically addressing each prospect, and overcoming objections.
- Inspire your team to surpass targets by offering coaching, sharing performance results regularly, and implementing innovative incentives to achieve all objectives.
- Create and promote growth pathways for SDRs to progress into full-cycle sales representatives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts for senior leadership.
