The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales Development to spearhead our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at our Miami office.
This pivotal leadership role operates within a well-defined outbound strategy. Our SDR team is tasked with generating a robust pipeline through disciplined and high-volume prospecting efforts. We thrive in a performance-oriented environment that demands intensity, consistency, and effective coaching.
In this position, you will oversee daily operations, set activity standards, ensure meeting quality, and drive pipeline contributions for your team. Reporting directly to the Head of GTM Programs, you will collaborate closely with sales leadership to maximize the conversion of SDR-generated meetings into valuable sales opportunities.
This role is ideal for individuals who recognize that building a strong pipeline is achieved through repetition, dedicated coaching, and accountability.
