Proactively initiate and manage early engagement with potential customers, identifying the most effective channels, messaging, and timing through phone, email, digital platforms, social media, and events. Utilize sound judgment to assess inbound inquiries, independently identifying, prioritizing, and pursuing outbound opportunities aligned with Anaplan’s target customer profiles. Develop and execute account-level prospecting strategies in collaboration with field sales, making autonomous decisions regarding outreach methods, sequencing, and personalization to foster meaningful engagement. Gain and apply a deep understanding of Anaplan’s platform, competitive landscape, and customer use cases to enhance prospect conversations and qualification decisions. Establish credibility with potential stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
