In light of their impressive growth trajectory (averaging 40% annually), our client is keen to expand their team, which currently comprises 750 professionals across France (Paris, Marseille, Nantes), Spain (Barcelona), Switzerland (Geneva, Basel), and now Germany (Munich).

Your Role

We are in search of our inaugural Sales Development Representative to join the burgeoning German team, aiding in establishing Lucca as a formidable player in the local market. As one of the first team members in Munich, you will be pivotal to this exciting venture!

Reporting to the Country Manager for Germany, your primary responsibility will be to generate new high-potential leads and contribute to our growth objectives in the local market. You will identify opportunities, qualify leads, and serve as the welcoming voice of Lucca.

To thrive in this role, you will collaborate with various Business Units at Lucca (Sales, Marketing, Business Tech, etc.).

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial contact for potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, or any preferred communication channel.
  • Understand the underlying needs of each lead—listening is key, we prioritize understanding over pitching.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to brainstorm and enhance our lead generation and qualification strategies.
  • Coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations for our Account Executives.
  • Provide valuable insights to our product team to align closely with market demands.
  • Utilize our CRM system, Salesforce, and our marketing automation tool, Outreach, diligently.
