Key Responsibilities:Initiate contact with potential customers through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Evaluate and respond to inbound leads, determining their needs and readiness to engage with our sales team. Coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives by effectively articulating our value proposition. Conduct market research to pinpoint key decision-makers and stay abreast of industry trends. Leverage CRM tools (Hubspot) to manage the lead pipeline, track engagement, and maintain precise records. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies. Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly targets for meetings scheduled and pipeline contribution. Continuously enhance outreach strategies through A/B testing and data analysis. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and our product offerings to engage prospects in informed discussions. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching to improve sales skills and effectiveness. Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role within a technology environment. Demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound lead generation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport swiftly. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools. Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is mandatory. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative sales team. High level of resilience, persistence, and ambition to meet and exceed objectives. Outstanding time management and organizational skills. A passion for technology and a strong interest in SaaS solutions. Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting is highly desirable.
