Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a solid background in staffing and/or recruitment sales. This hybrid role involves a mix of outbound prospecting and face-to-face client engagement.

Your primary responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and bolstering the sales pipeline through both remote outreach and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in targeted industries.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate meetings with senior sales or account teams.
  • Attend in-person client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Deliver tailored staffing and recruitment solutions to meet client needs.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of the sales pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Consistently meet and surpass sales KPIs and activity benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Miami, FL.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to conduct in-person client visits and meetings.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a hybrid/on-site role.
  • Adept at managing both remote outreach and field-based sales activities.
