LeanData supports revenue teams by automating processes for high-growth companies. The Santa Clara office is adding a Sales Development Representative to focus on identifying and qualifying new enterprise business opportunities.

Role overview

This hybrid position reports to the Director of Sales Development. The Sales Development Representative works closely with Account Executives, building relationships with decision-makers and influencers to introduce LeanData’s products and services. Office attendance in Santa Clara is required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

  • Drive outbound prospecting through phone and email outreach, while also managing inbound leads.
  • Qualify leads and provide context to Account Executives to help move deals forward.
  • Track pipeline activity and progress in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with experienced sales colleagues to learn deal processes and support sales advancement.
  • Suggest new approaches for messaging, targeting, and outreach.
  • Represent LeanData with professionalism and integrity in all communications.
