Role overview
This hybrid position reports to the Director of Sales Development. The Sales Development Representative works closely with Account Executives, building relationships with decision-makers and influencers to introduce LeanData’s products and services. Office attendance in Santa Clara is required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting through phone and email outreach, while also managing inbound leads.
- Qualify leads and provide context to Account Executives to help move deals forward.
- Track pipeline activity and progress in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with experienced sales colleagues to learn deal processes and support sales advancement.
- Suggest new approaches for messaging, targeting, and outreach.
- Represent LeanData with professionalism and integrity in all communications.
