Qualifications
Qualifications:Preferred experience in technology solutions, cloud services, and SaaS.1-2 years of relevant experience in sales development, business development, or lead sourcing. Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value effectively. A strong desire to learn and master a comprehensive software sales process. Demonstrated urgency and motivation to meet and exceed challenging goals. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ideal candidates are hard-working, competitive, professional, and open to direction and feedback. Familiarity with tools such as SFDC, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and 6sense is a plus, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new sales leads through inbound efforts, emphasizing proactive follow-up with interested prospects.
Conduct outbound phone and email prospecting to generate new sales leads in close coordination with the sales team.
Schedule meetings and solution demonstrations for Account Executives.
Manage the outbound leads process to optimize conversion rates and develop the sales pipeline effectively.
Comprehend Mirantis's offerings and competitive landscape to communicate effectively with prospects.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and prospect information in Salesforce: The #1 AI CRM.
Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales quotas and objectives.
