Main Responsibilities
Achieve expertise in Mirantis Cloud Native Platform technologies and customer deployment environments.
Analyze customer patch requirements, designing and developing feature enhancements in Golang for Mirantis Cloud Platform.
Produce top-tier help content and conduct proactive audits of our publicly accessible knowledge management system.
Collaborate with product and solution experts to co-create reference architecture documentation.
Utilize advanced troubleshooting methods (debugging and diagnosing) to tackle critical, intricate problems across various technology layers.
Work closely with product engineering teams to resolve technical issues related to Docker and Kubernetes.
Create and maintain customer-specific reproducer environments for internal and external technical teams at Mirantis.
Recreate customer issues and compile bug reproducers for product engineering.
Investigate and apply code-level fixes, patching, and repackaging for customer testing.
Conduct in-depth technical post-mortems on behalf of customers.
