Account Executive Consumer - SDR Team

Join our dynamic Account Executive Consumer team, a vital contributor to Zefir's swift growth. As the first point of contact, you will qualify inbound leads and create business opportunities that directly influence our revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Qualification – Manage 100% inbound leads with homeowners directly scheduling appointments through our targeted marketing campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Google.

  • Customer Engagement – Conduct initial calls lasting 20-30 minutes to identify customer needs, present Zefir's unique value proposition, and coordinate follow-up meetings with Account Executives.

  • High-Volume Interaction Management – Efficiently handle approximately 75-80 scheduled interactions daily while ensuring thorough organization and follow-up.

  • Collaborative Efforts – Collaborate closely with Account Executives to optimize conversion rates and deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Driving Revenue Growth – Play a crucial role in advancing leads through the sales funnel, significantly contributing to company expansion.

  • Career Advancement – Fast-track your career towards an Account Executive role within 4-6 months, gaining essential sales skills and industry insight.
