Role overview
This remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is based in Guatemala. The SDR will support both outbound and inbound sales activities for the restaurant tech platform. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in technology sales and feel comfortable working toward clear, measurable goals in a remote environment. The role includes opportunities for advancement and performance-based commission.
What you will do
- Place 60–100 outbound calls daily to restaurant prospects
- Book 5–8 qualified product demos each week for Account Executives
- Review inbound leads and follow up quickly
- Maintain accurate and current CRM records
- Ensure qualified leads are transferred smoothly to the sales team
- Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding for new clients
- Work independently and consistently meet performance KPIs
