Effectory seeks a Sales Development Representative to focus on the DACH region from our Munich office. This position acts as the first point of contact for new and potential clients, playing a key role in expanding Effectory’s reach in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Role overview
The core responsibility centers on proactive outreach to companies that may not yet be familiar with Effectory. The goal: introduce Effectory’s solutions and generate interest. Alongside cold outreach, the role also manages warm leads, such as contacts who have downloaded resources or engaged with Effectory at events, guiding them through the early stages of the sales process.
What to expect
- Sales processes and tools that use AI to boost efficiency and creativity, while maintaining a personal approach to client relationships
- Work from a modern office in Munich’s Werksviertel (House of Communication), with updated furnishings, focused work areas, creative spaces, and a collaborative team environment
- Receive a complete technical setup, including a quality laptop, iPhone, and a budget for home office equipment
- Take part in regular visits to the Amsterdam headquarters for events, training, and international team days
- Opportunities to represent Effectory at trade shows and events as a member of the event team
