Sales Development Representative -
General Summary:
The Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in supporting our sales team by generating new business opportunities. This position involves qualifying leads and prospecting within existing business accounts to engage potential partners. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to initiate the sales process effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed.
- Engage in proactive outbound calling with a goal of making 50+ calls per day.
- Leverage industry insights and ConnectWise value propositions to generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, and social media strategies.
- Utilize a consultative approach to uncover business needs, objectives, pain points, processes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to sales growth by setting up qualified meetings.
- Identify suitable opportunities for the right solutions and stay informed about new software and products.
