Sales Development Representative - Enterprise

In this pivotal role, you will be integral in generating leads, enhancing pipeline growth, and transforming potential clients into long-term partners. Your proficiency in engaging decision-makers and articulating the value of our solutions will be essential for achieving success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to connect with potential clients.
• Assess leads and organize meetings for the sales team with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
• Maintain thorough records of all interactions and progress within the CRM.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure messaging aligns with the target audience's needs.
• Regularly meet or surpass monthly quotas for meetings scheduled and qualified leads generated.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in cold calling and outbound sales, particularly within the Enterprise sector.
• Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn for navigation and prospecting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and compellingly convey complex technical concepts.
• Strong research capabilities to identify and target key prospects across relevant industries.
• Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and various sales enablement platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with or selling to enterprise IT teams or SaaS decision-makers.
• Understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and buyer journey.
• Aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and effectively communicating their benefits.
• Previous success in a remote sales position, demonstrating self-management and organizational skills.

Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:
  • Primary internet connection must have a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
  • The backup connection should support work during power outages.
