About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify incoming interest, implement strategic outbound campaigns, and collaborate with Account Executives to enhance our pipeline. This role not only focuses on generating qualified meetings but is also a closing position, managing and finalizing transactional opportunities. As the first point of contact for many prospects, you'll diagnose their needs, shape demand, and advance opportunities to boost pipeline and performance within our team.

What You’ll Do at Speak

  • Qualify inbound leads from web inquiries, events, and referrals, utilizing strong discovery skills to assess fit, urgency, and decision-making roles.

  • Craft and implement outbound campaigns (email, phone, social, video) targeting specific accounts and personas; personalize outreach at scale using insights, triggers, and industry perspectives.

  • Generate SQLs and schedule meetings for AE partners; ensure smooth transitions (mutual agenda, notes, next steps) to maximize meeting attendance and conversion rates.

  • Manage and close transactional deals from start to finish (pricing, light negotiation, order execution) while adhering to established guidelines and approval processes.

  • Maintain meticulous CRM records (stages, next steps, contacts, dispositions) and accurately forecast your weekly outputs.
