About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify incoming leads, execute targeted outbound campaigns, and collaborate with Account Executives to cultivate a robust sales pipeline. This role is not just about setting appointments; you will take ownership of closing transactional opportunities. As the initial point of contact for many prospects, you will assess their needs, generate demand, and advance opportunities to enhance our team's performance and pipeline.
What You’ll Do at Speak
Qualify inbound leads sourced from website submissions, events, and referrals, employing strong discovery skills to ascertain suitability, urgency, and decision-making authority.
Design and execute outbound campaigns (via email, phone, social media, and video) targeting specific accounts and personas, while personalizing outreach at scale based on insights and industry perspectives.
Generate SQLs and secure meetings for Account Executive partners, ensuring clear and effective handoffs (including mutual agendas, notes, and next steps) to optimize meeting attendance and conversion to pipeline.
Manage and close transactional deals from start to finish (including pricing discussions, light negotiations, and order execution) within established guidelines and approval protocols.
Maintain meticulous CRM records (including stages, next actions, contacts, and dispositions) and accurately forecast your weekly output.
Continuously test and refine your outreach strategies and sales techniques to enhance effectiveness and achieve better results.
