Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative Manager to spearhead and expand our foundational SDR team at LangChain. In this pivotal role, you will guide our SDRs as they facilitate the adoption of LangChain and LangSmith by engaging technical buyers, converting high inbound interest into qualified sales opportunities, and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams to build a robust pipeline.
You will be responsible for the performance, coaching, and professional development of the SDR team, while also aiding in the design of effective systems, processes, and workflows that drive our go-to-market strategy. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and RevOps will be essential to continuously enhance our ability to identify and engage with ideal accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of SDRs focused on generating qualified sales pipelines.
Oversee SDR performance metrics, including activity levels, conversion rates, and pipeline creation.
Recruit and onboard top SDR talent as LangChain continues to grow.
Facilitate the development of SDR skills through coaching, call evaluations, and structured feedback.
Create and refine repeatable outbound and inbound qualification playbooks.
Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound demand into qualified sales opportunities.
Align with sales leadership and RevOps on target account strategies, territories, and pipeline objectives.
Implement systems and workflows to enhance SDR productivity and effectiveness.
Utilize data analysis to drive continuous performance improvement across the sales funnel.
