Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with over 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales. This remote position is dedicated to outbound prospecting, lead generation, and scheduling qualified meetings for Account Executives. You will be instrumental in establishing a robust sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate excels in cold outreach, CRM management, and navigating SaaS sales cycles, thriving in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify and qualify leads within targeted markets and the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and track leads.
  • Tailor outreach messaging to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Consistently meet or surpass monthly quotas for meetings and pipeline development.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a comparable outbound sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales and lead generation.
  • Strong background in cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional communication and objection-handling capabilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience with international clients, particularly in the US/UK markets, is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of SaaS sales funnels and buyer journeys.
